Points to remember –
- This is only for a single time. Meanwhile, a person can avail of Rs 5000 financial assistance for one time only.
- This amount will directly get deposited to the beneficiary customer account.
- The beneficiary bank account should be linked with your aadhar card.
- Applicants with aadhar linked accounts shall be provided with the financial help of Rs 5000.
- People who have taken advantage of this scheme last year are not eligible. You can only apply if you are a fresh candidate.
How to Apply for Financial Assistance at AppServer 2 Delhi Gov in?

- Applicant Birth Date
- Applicant Gender
- Applicant Aadhaar Details
- Applicant Bank Account Details
- Blank Cheque Photo
- Aadhaar Card Photo
Documents Required for Permit Holders or Para-Transit Vehicles/E-Rickshaw:
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Permit Number (Not required for E-Rickshaw)
- Applicant Valid Mobile Number
- Applicant Date of Birth
- Applicant Gender
- Applicant Aadhaar Details
- Applicant Bank Account Details
- Blank Cheque Copy
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
You can now proceed further with the steps given below.
- First, one needs to visit the official website of AppServer Delhi Government. You can visit it from here: appserver2.delhi.gov.in/cvfa/.
- You will now find two options on the screen.
- PSV Badge Holder.
- Permit Holder of Para-Transit Vehicles/E-Rickshaw
- Choose any of the available options.
- You will now get redirected to enter the aadhar number. Just enter it and click on the continue button.
- You are now required to select a vehicle class. You can select your vehicle from the drop-down list.
- You now have to enter the Vehicle Registration Number.
- After that, enter the Vehicle Permit Number (Not Required for E-Rickshaw).
- Once done, click on the submit button.
- That’s all. Your application is now successfully processed.
